Lyra Health<\/a>, a digital health company transforming access to behavioral health in the workplace, has partnered with digital health startup Welkin Health<\/a> to develop an end-to-end solution that will strengthen Lyra’s work providing timely and personalized care for employers, and their employees in need of behavioral health services.<\/p>\n

Welkin\u2019s configurable case management platform consolidates email, text, and phone communications between patient and care provider, creating a comprehensive overview of the client while also capturing important contextual data. Customized workflows and configurable features such as prompts, health assessments, and care plans ensure interactions between clients and Lyra\u2019s providers are personalized, informed, and immediate. It also enables Lyra\u2019s care team to focus on clients rather than processes.<\/p>\n
